Visitor Reviews
All credit to the greenkeeping team, the greens were the best putting surfaces we have played on all year!
We often judge a course – consciously or sub-consciously – by the quality of its greens and I had the pleasure of some near-perfect ones in September.
But perhaps the biggest surprise was Paultons Golf Centre in Hampshire, which I played just before October hit. It may well be that the greens there were the best of all, with their smoothness and purity of grass composition really standing out on a course that would sit well below the others I’ve mentioned in golf’s pecking order.
Played the course for the 1st time this afternoon. Wow! Brilliant value for money. Greens exceptional. Presentation impressive. Will be back. Thank you to the hard working team at Paultons, you’re smashing it
Junior Coaching
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new junior coaching programme which sees Paultons leading the way in the nurturing of grass roots talent.
Play our Sister Course - Bramshaw Golf Club
A Tale of Two Golf Courses. 36 holes of exceptional golf, set against the stunning backdrop of the New Forest. The original course, now known as the Forest Course, was originally built by a local resident/landowner called Philip de Crespigny, for the entertainment of his weekend guests in about 1865. It was built partly in his large garden at Roundhill and partly on Brook Common. There were no other golf courses in Hampshire at that time and no records can be found to show that he had permission to build his!

We are delighted to announce that we are now a Safegolf accredited club, meaning that we have has met the standards set by England Golf and share the mission of the SafeGolf partnership to safeguard the welfare of juniors, young adults and vulnerable adults, ensuring that all people have a fun, safe and positive experience in the sport of golf.
