With our highly-ranked golf course we have excellent facilities to welcome those new to golf.

The friendly, open approach of our staff helps to relax new golfers who might otherwise perceive golf as an old institution.

More than 15 million people watch The Open and The Masters on television but with only 4 million active golfers in the country there is an awful lot of untapped talent out there that we want to encourage.

We are particularly proud that Paultons has achieved the GolfMark accreditation. GolfMark is a national scheme that identifies and recognises junior and beginner friendly golf facilities, demonstrating our ‘open to all’ culture.

Our only requirement from you is an interest in golf, which we hope to develop into a passion.

There are several options for coaching at Paultons with something for eveyone.

This is a monthly coaching programme that gives you access to the following:

Individual Coaching

If you would prefer our range of Individual Coaching options we offer a full range of lessons covering all areas of the game. Whether it's a specific problem you are looking to address or would like a course on several areas of the game we can guide you in the right direction.
Individual coaching is available 7 days a week 7am-9pm, with three PGA Coaches on hand to pass on their knowledge and secrets of the game.
If you're unsure of where to start or what to cover we offer Player Profiling sessions which cover all areas of your game discussing strengths and weaknesses in order for the coach to be able to design a package of lessons around your needs and budget. Members of Paultons receive this service FREE as part of being a member of Crown Golf.
We are constantly investing in new technology to support our coaching with use of iPad's and video analysis technology as well as Swingbyte which allows you to view even more detail of your swing, including 3D swing path details and club head speed.
Unlike many of our competitors we supply all range balls, equipment and use of technology fully inclusive as part of the lesson price. If you're still unsure give us a call where we can help talk you through the options.

Adult Roll-Up Coaching

For those of you who have restricted time and struggle to commit to a regular session our Adult Roll-Up coaching provides the answer. A mix of coaching, practise and the chance to meet other golfers all wishing to improve makes this a great session. For only £7 you can attend with no booking required and take part. Unlimited balls and the equipment supplied if needed during the session making it a sure winner allowing you the chance to improve any part of your game.

Junior Afterschool/Weekend Coaching

Our National Award winning junior coaching structure is second to none in the surrounding area with opportunities for all juniors no matter what age or ability to have access to coaching.
We pride ourselves on offering fun filled sessions that are both informative but enjoyable at the same time. For those wishing to start off in the game you can either join in one of our flexible Roll -Up sessions that require no booking and will give you a flavour of what we can offer.
If it's something more structured you are looking for you can join any one of our 10 week courses which offer a wide range of topics covering all areas of the game from the Driving Range to out on the course. These start at the beginning of the school terms but if you have missed this don't worry you can join in at any stage providing we have space on the course, maximum 8 per group and just pay the pro-rata amount.
